In my late twenties, I experienced my first full blown panic attack. The experience left me reeling and shortly after, I started experiencing regular and debilitating panic attacks and ended up being diagnosed with panic disorder and agoraphobia (also known as PDA).

Out of necessity, I learned about trauma’s neurobiological impact on the body and mind and discovered somatic practices that allowed me to completely reverse my panic disorder diagnosis naturally and take back control of my life.

Today, I help people transform their relationship with anxiety by empowering people with mind-body tools to support self-regulation and nervous system balance.
