Primal Alchemy Method, LLC recognizes that privacy is important and we are committed to protecting your privacy by adhering to the terms of this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). We use the information we collect about you to process orders, to improve the content of the website and to provide a more personalized experience. We may also use it to periodically inform you about changes on our website, products, trainings, workshops, and/or other services we may provide. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
www.lizarch.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Primal Alchemy Method, LLC and its affiliates (“Primal Alchemy” “us” “we” “our”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains the information gathering, use and sharing practices for the Site, (including any versions of the Site accessed through any device), and discusses what information is collected, how that information is acquired, maintained, stored, shared and/or used, and how you may access and update certain information you provide us. This Privacy Policy is independent from our offline personal data collection practices.

Information You Provide
When You Send Email Communications: When you contact us via email, the email address you use to communicate with us will be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may collect, store and use the email address you used to communicate with us to communicate with you, respond to your requests, to inform you about our products and services (unless you opt out of receiving such communications), to answer questions, resolve concerns or send you other information related to the Site and our services. The contents of your email communications including any information, resumes, ideas, concepts or inventions, will not be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may keep a record of your communications with us and use the contents of those communications for any purpose.
When You Sign Up for Newsletters or Create an Account: To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to provide information such as your name, username, password, email address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, gender, age verification and/or country of residence (“Personal Information”). You may view the Site without registering or submitting any Personal Information, in which case we will be only collecting non-personal information through cookies and the recording of Log Data (discussed below). We may use your name, email address and other information you provide to notify you of new products, releases, service notifications, events and to solicit your feedback and input. When You Make A Purchase: When you purchase products and/or services on the Site, Primal Yoga (or a third party service provider) collects payment information including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, shipping address and billing address (“Payment Information”). Any time Payment Information is collected, it will be used only to process your purchase, will be handled securely using commercial encryption practices. To facilitate future purchases on Primal Alchemy, we (or a third party service provider) may store your Payment Information, excluding CVV code, and shipping address, which you can remove from your account at any time. We consider your Payment Information private and do not make such information public.
Affiliated Sites: We offer some of our services in connection with other third parties, and Personal Information that your provide to those third parties may be sent to Primal Alchemy in order to deliver the service. We process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, however, such third parties may have different privacy practices. Therefore, we encourage you to read their privacy polices prior to disclosing any Personal Information.
Information We Collect When You Interact With the Site
Log Data: We automatically record information created by your use of the Site and our services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device, search terms and cookie information. We use your IP address and other Log Data to help administer the Site and to help diagnose problems and improve the Site. Third-Parties and Affiliates: We may have arrangements with third parties who provide or track usage, or who provide other services necessary for the operation of the Site. Business Transfers and Affiliates: In the event that Primal Yoga is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand, and improve the Site and our affiliates’ services, including the delivery of ads.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as the number of users who visited the Site and/or used services and features available on the Site, clicked on a particular link (even if only one did), or reports to advertisers and other third parties about unique users who saw or clicked on their ads after we have removed any Personal Information.
Our Policy Towards Children
The Site, and all of the information and services found on the Site, is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. You may opt-out of receiving email communications and other marketing materials from us (or any third party email marketing service we may use) via an opt-out or unsubscribe link provided in each email. To opt-out of other forms of marketing, please contact us by emailing [email protected].
We do not currently maintain any procedures for you to review the information that we collect about you.
