The word somatic comes from the Greek Word, Soma, which means “of the body.”  My somatic coaching is based on the idea that trauma and stress is not just in your mind, it is also stored in your body. My somatic toolbox includes a variety of bottom-up approaches including trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP).

Somatic coaching can offer you a framework to understand your nervous system on a deeper level and practical tools to support you in releasing trauma, regulating your nervous system and initiating healing.

Yes! I currently offer 1:1 somatic coaching sessions via Zoom (based on availability). Book a session here. 

I currently offer live-virtual group classes every Saturday at 10am PST (1pm EST) through a platform called LiveKick. The classes alternate weekly between Vinyasa and Yoga + TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). 

Classes are 60-minutes long. If you can't join live, you can still register and get 7-day access to the replay so you can practice at your own convenience.
